Q. I don't have Microsoft Word, is it still possible to use fxManager?
A. You can still use the product, however you will not be able to use the automatic word counting facility.

Q. My 30 day free trial has run out, but I haven't finished trailing it, can you extend the trial period?
A. If you contact us explaining your situation, we are sure we can help you.

Q. Can you offer the product in other languages apart from English?
A. If you would like to use the product in another language, please contact us as we are happy to provide the product in other languages should there be enough people wanting it.

Q. Does the product export its invoicing data to a file for my accountants to use at the end of the year to prepare my accounts?
A. Yes, there's an export invoice data facility that will produce CSV file with all relevent invoice data.
